Return Policy

If your are not satisfied with your purchase you can easily return or exchange the products within 14 days after you received it.
Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason. You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the product must be return unused. All original packaging, price labels etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.

When returning goods by post please ensure that you fill in and enclose the returns form. The returns form will have been enclosed in your delivery. If you have not received one or lose it, please contact us. You will find the address for returns on the returns form. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

• Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.

 

 

 

• In case of an exchange, you will not be charged for the costs of the second shipment.

• Beauty products may only be returned in unopened packages. Swimwear, lingerie and accessories are of hygienic reasons not returnable.

• If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.

• We can not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

• You can return your items in the store. To do this you first send us a message using the contact form on the website, and state clearly your order number and item number. Then fill in the return form, it will be sent with your order and take it along with your item (s) back to the boutique. This way, you do of course not refund shipping charges. We do not give cash back if you return item, you get the money refunded to your bank account within 14 days after termination.
